4.1 AI Service Providers
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate causal loop diagrams. When you use our AI-powered features, your input (including text descriptions and uploaded images) may be transmitted to the following third-party AI providers for processing:
- Anthropic (Claude)
- OpenAI (ChatGPT)
- Google (Gemini)
- xAI (Grok)
These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.
4.2 Cloud Infrastructure
We use Google Firebase (a Google Cloud service) for:
- Hosting and storing published diagrams
- User authentication
- Database services
4.3 Other Service Providers
We also use:
- Google Fonts for typography
- Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) including Cloudflare and unpkg for delivering application resources
5. Model Training and Your Content
We may use User Content to improve our models and Services.
- Paid users may opt out via account settings.
- Free users (including those not logged in) cannot opt out of model training.
Opting out may limit certain features.
6. How We Share Personal Information
We may disclose Personal Information to:
6.1 Service Providers
Trusted vendors who provide hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, AI processing, and other business services. These parties may access Personal Information solely to perform services for us.
6.2 Business Transfers
