1. Protect People

Everyone deserves to feel safe. You may not use ThinkInCycles to create, promote, or participate in:

• Threats, intimidation, harassment, or defamation.
• Promotion, encouragement, or facilitation of suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating.
• Sexual violence or non-consensual intimate content (including AI-generated content).
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or hate-based violence.
• Development, procurement, or use of weapons, including CBRNE materials.
• Illicit or illegal activities, goods, or services.
• Destruction, compromise, or unauthorized access to systems, networks, or property, including:
  • hacking,
  • malware,
  • data breaches,
  • or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Real-money gambling or betting features.
• Provision of tailored or specialized advice requiring professional licensing (e.g., legal, medical, financial) without appropriate involvement of a licensed professional.
• Unsolicited testing of the Service's safety mechanisms.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, or circumvent ThinkInCycles' safeguards.
• National security or intelligence activities without BTN's review and approval.

2. Respect Privacy

People are entitled to privacy and dignity. You may not use ThinkInCycles to:

• Collect, monitor, profile, track, or distribute private or sensitive information about individuals without consent.
• Build, operate, or enrich facial recognition databases without subject consent.
• Perform real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces.
• Create or use photorealistic likenesses (image or voice) of individuals without consent in ways that may mislead others.
• Evaluate or classify individuals based on:
  • biometric data,
  • personal traits,
  • or social behavior.
• Conduct social scoring or inference of sensitive attributes.
• Infer emotions in workplaces or educational contexts except when necessary for safety or medical reasons.
• Predict the likelihood of an individual committing an offense based solely on personal traits or profiling.

3. Keep Minors Safe

Children and teens deserve special protection. You may not use ThinkInCycles to:

• Create, share, or request child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated CSAM.
• Groom, exploit, manipulate, or endanger minors.
• Expose minors to age-inappropriate content (e.g., graphic violence, sexual content, extreme self-harm content).
• Promote unhealthy dieting, extreme exercise, or body-shaming content targeted at minors.
• Encourage minors to engage in dangerous challenges or high-risk activities.
• Engage in underaged sexual or violent roleplay.
• Aid minors in accessing age-restricted goods or services.

BTN reports apparent child abuse imagery or endangerment to relevant authorities.

4. Empower People

We believe people should make informed decisions free from manipulation, coercion, or deception. You may not use ThinkInCycles for:

4.1 Manipulation, Fraud, or Deception

• Scams, phishing, identity theft, or financial deception.
• Generating misinformation, impersonation, or impersonating real individuals.
• Spam, mass messaging, or deceptive content.
• Academic dishonesty (such as cheating, ghostwriting assignments, or circumventing educational integrity systems).

4.2 Political Manipulation

You may not use the Services for:

• Political campaigning, persuasion, lobbying, or targeted political messaging.
• Electoral interference or demobilization efforts, domestic or foreign.
• Generating political misinformation or misleading content.

4.3 High-Risk Automated Decisions

You may not rely on ThinkInCycles for fully automated decisions in sensitive, high-stakes areas without qualified human oversight. This includes:

• Critical infrastructure.
• Education.
• Housing.
• Employment.
• Finance and credit.
• Insurance.
• Legal processes.
• Medical decisions.
• Essential government services.
• Migration or border decisions.
• Law enforcement.
• Product safety systems.
• National security.

5. Additional Expectations

5.1 Shared Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with:

• this Usage Policy,
• local laws,
• ethical obligations,
• and any industry-specific regulatory requirements.

5.2 Reporting Misuse

If you notice misuse of ThinkInCycles, please report it to support@thinkincycles.com.

5.3 Policy Updates

We update this Usage Policy as needed to maintain safety, transparency, and responsible use. Changes will be posted on thinkincycles.com.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• warnings,
• feature restrictions,
• temporary suspensions,
• permanent account closures,
• or reporting to relevant authorities.

We reserve all rights to restrict access when necessary to protect our users, the public, or the integrity of the Service.
